Who we are
The website sobkogroup.com operates under the Sobko Group brand. The operator of personal data is NIKO Limited Liability Company (OOO NIKO, the "Operator"): INN 1435155058, KPP 771801001, OGRN 1041402193260, registered address: 3A building 1, premises 21/8, Malaya Semyonovskaya St., Moscow, 107023, Russia. What data we receive
The site has no registration forms, request forms or comments — we do not ask you to enter personal data. Data appears in two cases.
- If you accept cookies (the note at the bottom of the page), Yandex.Metrica is switched on. It receives anonymised technical data: IP address, a cookie identifier, device and browser type, the page you came from, pages viewed and clicks. We do not record your screen or actions.
- If you write to us by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp, we receive what you tell us yourself: name, contact and the text of your message.
The site also keeps a few service records in your browser: your cookie choice and a mark that you have seen the intro film. They stay with you and are not sent anywhere.
Why we need this data
- to understand how the site is used and improve it: which pages are read, where visitors come from, what they click;
- to answer your messages and discuss work with you.
The legal basis is your consent: pressing "Accept", or contacting us yourself.
Who receives it
Statistics are collected and processed by Yandex (the Yandex.Metrica service) under the terms published at yandex.com/legal/metrica_termsofuse. The site is hosted in the Yandex cloud on servers in Russia. We do not sell data and do not pass it to anyone else except where the law expressly requires.
How long we keep it
Metrica data is kept according to its settings and the Yandex terms. Messages are kept as long as needed to reply and to carry out what we agreed, and are then deleted.
How to decline or change your choice
Press "Decline" in the note and the counter will not load. You can change your choice at any time with the button below, or by clearing the site data in your browser. To withdraw consent and request deletion, write to office@sobkogroup.com.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to us — we will reply within 10 working days.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
