Design & BIM
Every building is assembled in a digital model first. Architecture, structure and all engineering disciplines are designed in parallel in one data environment: clashes are found and resolved before work starts on site, and shop drawings are ready for installation.

Ventilation & climate
Air, cooling and heating set the comfort of every floor. We calculate loads for the site's climate, from a Moscow winter to Dubai heat, select energy-efficient equipment and hand the systems over fully balanced and documented.
