The essentials
Can you bring in equipment from a brand that has left Russia?
Yes. Many such goods may be imported under Russia's parallel import rules. We buy them from partners abroad and clear the import officially.
Can you supply parts for heavy and road machinery?
Yes: for excavators, loaders, cranes, rollers and pavers — by catalogue number, VIN or machine serial number, or from a photo of the part.
How long does a delivery take?
It depends on the goods, the country and the route. We give the exact lead time before signing and fix it in the contract.
How do I pay?
In roubles, under a contract with a Russian company. You receive all the closing documents for your accounts.
Which documents will I receive?
The contract, invoice, transfer documents and certificates of conformity. Copies of customs documents on request.
