Maximum is a city sports complex in Yuzhnoye Butovo with an ice arena, swimming pools and a fitness hall. Sobko Group carried out general construction and installed engineering systems with full BIM coordination.
What we did

- A large multifunctional facility: pools, ice rink and gym.
Result
Commissioning in Q2 2025 and phased opening in summer 2025. The critical path was delivered without delays, and the facility is ready for year-round operation.
Interesting facts
- Maximum is one of the first city facilities with a drowning alert system.
- The ceiling of the pool hall is 13.6 m high.
- The ice arena on the ground floor is used for training, district competitions and public skating.
