SKY HOUSE is a residential complex with underground parking in Moscow's Yakimanka district. Sobko Group prepared working documentation, installed engineering systems and carried out general construction works.

Conditions
- A complex residential project of about 146,800 m² with underground parking for more than 1,000 cars.
- The works schedule was synchronized with the BIM model.
Result
Phased commissioning in 2020–2022, minimal rework, deadlines met in line with the BIM schedule.
Interesting facts
- In 2019, Capital Group took over completion of the complex as technical customer.
- The buildings were commissioned in phases: building 4 in April 2021, building 2 in May 2022 and building 1 in December 2022.
