The project in numbers
Planned scope of our works on the floor, based on the working documentation
STONE Towers is a Class A office quarter on Bumazhny Proezd in Moscow. Its second phase, the 23-storey Tower B and the 10-storey Tower C, was completed in December 2024. Our team is now installing the building services on the 18th floor of Tower B, which will become a corporate office: ventilation, air conditioning and power supply.
Our scope
- General supply and exhaust ventilation of the floor.
- Smoke control: fire dampers, smoke dampers and fire protection of ductwork.
- Chilled water cooling with fan coils and condensate drainage.
- Air conditioning of technical rooms, air purification and humidification.
- Power supply: panels, cable routes, socket circuits, emergency lighting, underfloor heating.
- Commissioning.
Systems
Ventilation
About 1,020 m² of galvanised ductwork with fittings, 95 m of flexible acoustic ducts and about 708 m² of thermal insulation. 327 slot, swirl and linear diffusers and 144 control dampers.
Equipment: TROX and Invisiline diffusers, Arktos dampers, Sonoduct ducts, K-Flex insulation
Smoke control
13 fire dampers and 2 smoke dampers, and about 62 m² of EI 60 fire protection on ductwork.
Equipment: Sigma-Vent dampers, Tizol fire protection
Chilled water cooling
56 York fan coils with plenum boxes and controllers, about 657 m of insulated chilled water pipework, 395 m of condensate drainage with pumps and 52 balancing valves with actuators.
Equipment: York, Ridan, Danfoss, Sauermann
Air conditioning and air quality
Two split systems for technical rooms, four air purifiers and a steam humidifier.
Equipment: LG, Carel humiSteam, AktivTek
Power supply
Five floor panels, about 14.7 km of cable, 468 m of cable trays, 82 floor boxes, GIRA sockets and switches, emergency lighting and underfloor heating.
Equipment: Systeme Electric, IEK, DKC, GIRA, DEVI
How the work is going
- The start. In early September 2026 we took over the work front on the 18th floor, and the crew moved onto the floor.
- Air and cooling. We are installing ductwork, fan coils and chilled water pipework, the backbone of the future office's climate.
- Electrics. The next stage is panels, cable routes and GIRA wiring devices.
- Commissioning. We will commission the systems and hand them over with the as-built documentation.
What makes the project special
- An operating business centre. Noisy work only in the evenings and at weekends, deliveries at night, hot work under a permit.
- Tower logistics. All equipment goes up to the 18th floor by the service lift, on the building manager's schedule.
- A corporate office. The systems must work quietly and unobtrusively: slot and linear diffusers, fan coils hidden in the ceiling.
Interesting facts
- The STONE Towers quarter was designed by Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.
- The second-phase towers have glass-fibre reinforced concrete facades, and the offices have openable windows.
- Ceilings in Tower B offices are at least 3.65 m high, with an 8.4 × 8.4 m column grid.
- The art installation "Angel" stands in front of the towers.
