How the work went
- Mobilisation. We arrived on site in mid-November 2025 and quickly built the crew up to 50 people.
- Fire-resistant lines. We laid fire-resistant fire alarm and voice evacuation lines, basement cable trays and cables from the main board.
- Apartments and common areas. Wiring, panels and lighting in 171 apartments and in the common areas.
- Getting ready for testing. We prepared the fire protection systems for the integrated tests scheduled for 10 December. On peak days up to 67 people worked on site.
- Commissioning. We set up and tested the systems and prepared the as-built documentation.
What made the project special
- The final stage. We worked at the end of construction, while the building was being prepared for its certificate of compliance.
